In June 2019, cPanel announced that they were preparing to change their billing methods from a per-server to a per-user/account basis. This change is equivalent to a price increase in the range of 100% to 600% per license. We are always looking for a way to offer more for less to all our customers, but in some cases, this is not always possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to mitigate these costs completely and you will most likely see a small increase in your monthly bill. The new pricing structures will follow the new pricing structure imposed by cPanel and will be based on the amount of accounts hosted on a server.
All clients have been sent an email with the new price structure. If you have a free email account such as gmail, hotmail, yahoo etc. please keep an eye out for our email in case it ends up in the junk/spam folder. If you have not received our email please open a billing ticket or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Your invoice for the cpanel license will automatically be created on your next billing date, along with your regular server payment. If you are on a semiannual, annual or biannual payment term, the cpanel license fee for the remainder of your payment term will be created next month (November 2019).
